1450 - 1645: 

     • Tent Building (Patrols 1, 2, 5, 6)

     • Pioneering (Patrols 3, 4, 7)

1645 - 1700: Packing Up of Equipment

1700 - 1730: PIC (Patrol In Council)

1730 - : Administrative Matters and Dismissal

Reminders:

1) Fall in at 1430 hrs with thermometers and water bottles.

2) SMMs (Safe Management Measures) are to be observed throughout the meeting.

3) Stay hydrated by drinking sufficient water.
