2017/18 PLC Announcement Part I

Dear Scouts,

This is part one for the announcement of 2017/18 PLC.

This year, we decide to bring back the old structure of having 3 SPLs. Yes, 3 SPLs.

In no particular order, the SPLs for 2017/18 are

3H   SUNNY WU YIHANG
3I     CORDEIRO RYAN ANDRE

As for the rest of the PLC, the teachers are in the final discussion and we will announce once it's finalised.
