Please be warned that the consent form is strictly necessary for any camp/hike/scout event. It is the responsibility of the scout unit to ensure that your parent/guardian allows you to attend the camp. You will be sent home and will not be allowed to go for the camp if you do not submit your consent form by latest Friday, on the day itself.
PLs & APLs, please note down the following scouts in your patrol and look for them to collect their consent forms if necessary.
Please check for any discrepancy and inform the SPLs should there be any.
