Sec 3s are to build the flagpole by 1410, with the assistance of the Sec 2s (in PT Kit 2). Sec 2s who are unsure of the procedure of building a flagpole, do take this opportunity to learn from the Sec 3s.
To the sec 1s that have failed the first theory test, like i've mentioned, this will be the only retest you'll be given. Please study hard for it.
Also, as said during the previous meetings, there will be a ACS(I) Scout Troop Gangshow held on the 14th of March, from 6pm onwards. Anyone who are interested in attending, please check if you are free on that day. We will collate the names soon.

4th February Wednesday Scout Meeting
Fall in: Outside Scout Den

The two SPLs-of-the-day are Cheam Jia Wei and Lim Jin Wei.
Sec 1s are to bring along $75 for the purchasing of the Scout Uniform. You all will be going to the Scout HQ to purchase it. It is located near Bishan MRT station and you will be released directly from the HQ.
Also, many of the sec 1s have failed the WSB Theory Test. There will only be 1 retest which is on Friday, 6th of February. The results of your first test will be revealed on Wednesday. Please spend some time to study for the retest.
Sec 3s scouts, please start learning on how to say the ASS Footdrill commands as it is a necessity to know the commands for FCS Footdrill, and it will help you better understand and execute the commands when doing ASS Footdrill.

Sec 3s are to be in charge of building the flagpole, together with help from the sec 2s. The flagpole should be up by 1210. Do take note that building the flagpole in FSU is NOT ALLOWED.
To the tenderfoots, please remember to bring your consent forms. There will be a WSB Theory test on Friday, so please study for it. The test will comprise of questions about everything you have learnt during the theory lesson.

To the sec 3s, it has been noted that you guys are not taking training seriously. Please do not think that when the sec 4s are not around, you all can just fool around and do whatever you want.
There is a slight improvement with regards to attire. Although not everyone is in proper attire, please keep it up and I hope to see everyone in the proper attire from next meeting onwards.

Like Erik sir has said, all scouts are expected to be more disciplined during all subsequent meetings, thus there should be an improvement as compared to the previous meetings. As such, failure to meet expectations would result in punishment.
I have noticed that there are many sec 1s that come in improper attire, please do not make the same mistake again and I wish to see everyone in the correct attire.

Sec 3s are to finish building the flagpole by 1410, so as to have sufficient time to change back in FSU. sec 2s do help out as well. Please find Cheam Jia Wei for the key to the furniture store if you need to use the equipment for the building of the flagpole.
All bags are to be placed in the Scout Den by 1410.
There will be 2 SPLs-of-the-Day leading the meeting, Sean Tan and Cheam Jia Wei. Even though the sec 3s will be the ones leading instead of the sec 4s, all scouts are to give them the same respect that is due for a senior. Please remember to address them correctly.
Sec 4s are to fall in at 1535 outside of the scout den in your FSU.
Please remember to come in the proper attire. For your information, 'FSU, Bring along PT Kit 2' means that you would fall in in FSU but also bring along your PT Kit 2 to change into but leave it in your bag.
