Hi Scouts,
Here are some pointers to note for this Friday's Troop Meeting:
- There will be no construction of the flagpole that day due to the Donation Draw Briefing and Tcket Distribution
- Please line your bags in 2 rows outside 2G classroom prior to falling in so as to maximise space in the classroom for the briefing later
- Strictly no one to be in improper attire (Tip: Do a uniform stock check 2 days in advance) and remember to be punctual (Tip: have a heavy recess and a lighter lunch)
- As most of the PLC will be away on either a school-organised leadership camp or National Camp, Scouts are reminded to accord the same level of respect and discipline to the instructors for the day just as you would when the entire PLC is present

No Meeting On 8 and 10 August

Dear Scouts

There will be no Scout Meetings on 8 and 10 August due to the National Day celebrations and School Holidays.

Do take this time to check out the segment "Our Scouting Journey" under the Scout Blog as more photos will be updated regularly from now onwards to document the joys of our Scout Meetings.

Rest well and enjoy the National Day break

3 August Friday Meeting

Fall-In: Primary School Field
Time: 1435 - 1730 / 1845
Attire: PT Kit 2 / FSU with blue Troop scarf and Footdrill Boots

Meeting Schedule

1445-1455: Administrative Matters
1455-1650 / 1830:  NDP Footdrill Training / ASS Footdrill
1650-1710: Patrol-in-Council
1710-1730 / 1830-1845: Administrative Matters and Dismissal

Hi Scouts,
Please spare some time to note the following:
- Fall-in on time (i.e. 1435 sharp) by having a heavy recess and a light lunch (hence, I expect no excuses that you are having lunch at the canteen while the rest of the Troop is falling in at 1435).
- Report in proper attire (excuses like "it is undergoing washing" will not be tolerated) and for those in School NDP, remember to fall-in with your berets, POLISHED footdrill boots and Troop scarves.
- Settle the purchase and proper seasoning method of all berets by the end of tomorrow (Thursday, 2 August 2018). All berets MUST be large enough to form a visible and sustainable crease that will not come undone easily.
- Ensure that all badges are sewn onto your FSU CORRECTLY by the end of tomorrow (Thursday, 2 August 2018) (refer to ATTIRE tab in blog with the exception of the Troop and Event badge layout which I will personally send to the NDP Contingent Chat).

Segments highlighted in RED apply for scouts in the NDP Contingent.

I hope that all of you will be able to give your best in rectifying your uniform mistakes made previously and other minute aspects like your punctuality. To be the best that we can be!

Yours in Scouting,
Luke Lim
