29th August Friday Scout Meeting

Fall in: Outside 2H Classroom
Time: 1400-1800
Attire: FSU (Sec 1s bring footdrill boots, Sec 2s bring PT Kit 2)

Meeting Schedule:
1400-1415: Administrative
1415-1445: Opening Ceremony
1445-1615: Leadership Lecture
1615-1720: Sec 1s: SS Footdrill Test
                    Sec 2s: SS Pioneering Test
                    Sec 3s: ASS Footdrill
1720-1740: Closing Ceremony
1740-1800: Dismissal and Announcements

Sec 1s and 2s are to be reminded that this meeting is not a practice session but it is the test itself. Please brush up on any misconceptions you might have about the SS Footdrill commands and the procedures in building a 1-1 Flagpole.

From this meeting onwards, there will be a new system implemented. Instead of an individual batch building the flagpole every Friday, there will now be a duty patrol system. Every Friday, two patrols will be in-charge of building the flagpole for opening and closing ceremony. These two patrols have until the allocated timing to build the flagpole, while the other patrols will have to fall in outside 2H classroom to have their attendance taken. The attendance of the duty patrol members will be taken at a later time.

For this Friday's meeting, patrols 1 and 2 will be on duty and have until 1415 to finish building the flagpole. The rest of the unit will have to fall in in front of 2H classroom by 1400.

As said by Erik sir in the previous post, failure to attend meeting in the proper attire will result in the appropriate punishment being meted out. For every minute that you are late for meeting, you will receive 5 pushups as punishment.

27th Wednesday Scout Meeting

In light of the recent completion of Common Test 2, we have decided to push back the test date for SS Pioneering to this Friday. The SS Footdrill and SS Pioneering tests will both be held on Friday. Please use this meeting to refresh yourselves on the proper procedure in building the 1-1 Flagpole and clear up any misconceptions you might have about the execution of the SS Footdrill commands.
Please attend meeting in the correct attire. Failure to do so will result in proper punishment being meted out.
For every minute that you are late for meeting, you will receive 5 pushups as punishment.

Sec 3s, for those who have not passed SS Backwoodsman, please gather firewood during your own free times for the SS Backwoodsman training next week. Punishment will be meted out for those who have failed to collect firewood without a valid reason

For those who have not passed up their donation draw tickets, please pass them up to any of the scout teachers by Wednesday.

Sec 1s are to bring at least $30 on Wednesday to purchase their footdrill boots.
