The following information is only concerning the Founder's Day helpers.

Attire: Full Scout Uniform

 Time Schedule:
12:15pm : Gather at the backstage table.

 12:15-1.00pm : Lunch

2.30pm : Fall in at the backstage area.

 2:30-7pm : rehearsal+actual founders day

 Note: To send 2 people up to staff room to collect 20 lunch packets

Note: Please do not fool around during the rehearsal and please stay alert at all times.

CCA Standown

All Scouts please take note that all meeting will be cancelled from today onwards due to the CCA Standown. Meeting will resume after your CA2s. Please continue to check the blog as there may be new information posted even when meeting is cancelled.

31th July Wednesday Scout Meeting

Time: 1425-1745
 Attire: Pt Kit 1
Fall in: Outside 3B Classroom

Timeline:

1425-1500: Administrative / Collection of Donation Draw

1500-1645:
                  Sec 1:  SS Campcraft

                  Sec 2: Pioneering: 1-1 Flagpole

1645-1730: Physical Training/Games

1730-1745: Dismissal

There should not be anyone in inappropriate attire. Inappropriate attire will result in proper punishment meted out. So please wear the correct attire.

Founder's Day Volunteers: Please meet at 3B Classroom at 2.15pm. Please note that you are supposed to wear your PT Kit 1.

Dateline for Donation Draw tickets: Wednesday, 31th July. ALL Scouts please remember to bring all the booklets for submission.

26th July Friday Scout Meeting

Time : 2.25pm - 6.00pm

Attire: Full Scout Uniform (Bring PT Kit 2)

Fall in: Primary School Field

Meeting Schedule:  

2.25 pm - 2.45 pm :Opening Ceremony

2.45 pm - 5.00 pm:Sec 1: SS Knotting / PAK

                               Sec 2: ASS Footdrill

5.00 pm - 6.00 pm : Closing Ceremony + Dismissal

Secondary 2s are to build the flagpole and make sure the flagpole is to be up by 2.25pm. Secondary 3s and Secondary 1s, please assist the secondary 2s.

Scouts, please make sure you bring all the components of your attire. Your Full Uniform must include your scout belt, woggle , scarf and etc. Remember to bring your black shoes and scout socks as it is also part of your attire.

Please remember to sell your donation draw tickets. If you sell all the booklets, you will achieve your squirrel badge.Latest Dateline : Next Wednesday ( 31/7/13)

Secondary 3s and Sec 2 APLs, please wear your lanyard from now on as it is now part of your Full Scout Uniform.

Cooking Competition Participants: You would only need to bring your PT Kit 2.

19th July Friday Scout Meeting

Time : 2.25 pm - 5.45 pm
Attire : Full Scout Uniform(Bring PT Kit 2)
Fall in: Primary School Parade Square

Meeting Schedule:

 2.25 pm - 2.45 pm : Opening Ceremony

2.45 pm- 5.00 pm  : Sec 1:SS Pioneering/ SS Knotting
                                  Sec 2: ASS Footdrill

5.00 pm -5.30 pm : Closing Ceremony

  5.30 pm - 5.45 pm : Dismissal

The flagpole should be up by 2.25pm. All Secondary 2 Scouts are to build the flagpole. Secondary 3 and 1 scouts, please assist in building the flagpole as well.

There should not be anyone in improper attire. Your Full Scout Uniform must have the necessary components (eg. Woggle, scarf , beret, scout belt and etc.) Please also remember to wear your black shoe and scout socks.

Regarding the TKGS Campfire, please pass your names to your PLs by Saturday 11.59pm.

17th July Wednesday Scout Meeting

Time: 1425-1730

   Sec 2: Pioneering: 1-1 Flagpole

   Sec 3: Pioneering: Quadrapod

1630-1715: Physical Training

1715-1730: Dismissal

Please note that there will be O'Levels Oral Examinations going on in the Shaw Hall, so if possible, do not make too much noise around the venue.

Please also note that there is a tentative SS Pioneering Test on Thursday Morning. Please keep that morning free and unoccupied by other activities if you are interested in participating in this test.

Scouts who are unable to make it for this meeting, please find Don at classroom 3A in the morning or contact him otherwise before the meeting commences. Scouts who are interested in participating in the tentative test please inform Don during the meeting.

I will not be present in this meeting because of the O'Levels Chinese Oral Examinations. PLs, please assist Don in running the meeting.

2013 PLC members to note:
The 2013 PLC members are also required to hand in your 3 Expectations and 3 Objectives on POP day itself. PLC members are also required to stay back after dismissal for a assembly with the SLs.( This may drag on a little)

Important things to take note:
Friday is Passing Out Parade, all scouts are to come in Proper Full Scout Uniform on Friday. Scouts who have not bought their footdrill boots MUST buy them by this Friday and polish them. It is a solemn ceremony to pass out the secondary 4 scouts who did their part in leading the UNIT to their best. Therefore, all scouts are compulsory to come this Friday. Lets make Friday a solemn yet joyous ceremony.

Sec 1 scouts sorry for the last meeting's improper planning, we will sell the Pt Kit1 clothes on Wednesday. There will be POP this Friday, thus all scouts are to make sure you get the badges sewn on properly. Those with woggles scraped without colour and threads all jutting out are to make sure you get new ones and make sure you fix all the uniform mistakes. Those without Footdrill boots buy them and have them polished i do not want to see anybody in improper attire this Friday.
