19th April Friday Scout Meeting

Time: 1430
Attire: Full Scout Uniform (Including Beret)
Fall In: Primary School Field

Meeting Schedule:

1430-1450: Opening Ceremony

1450-1720:  Sec 1 - SS Footdrill 
                  Sec 2-3 - SS Pioneering

1720- 1735: Closing Ceremony and Dismissal

ALL Sec 2 Scouts are to build the flagpole by Fall In at the Primary School Field and Sec 3 Scouts are expected to help out.

There should not be anyone in improper attire tomorrow. Bring all the necessary components of the Full Scout Uniform (e.g. woggle, scarf, beret, etc.). REMEMBER TO WEAR SCOUT SOCKS AND BLACK SHOES. 

Lastly, I would like to apologize for the late posting of the meeting schedule on the blog. It was due to unexpected circumstances.

Wednesday 17th April Scout Meeting

Time: 1430

Attire: PT Kit 1

Fall In: Outside 3B

Meeting Schedule:

1430-1445: Administrative

1445-1630: Pioneering

1630-1715: PT

1715-1730: Dismissal

Even though this meeting is held after a school holiday, Scouts are expected to be in their proper attire and to be in their BEST PERFORMANCE, having rested a whole day. As usual, proper attire includes black shoes and Scout socks. Please do not be late.

Rest well during the 1 day holiday and use it as a chance to catch up on revision and homework!

14th April St Margaret's Campfire

Kudos!! to everyone for their hard work this evening to win the most ENTHU AWARD, it really showed how good we MARIS PHANTOM SCOUTS were. However, there still can be a lot of improvement on the language we use and the behavior we show during these events, so I strongly encourage that we will start to reflect and refine our actions so that we can do better next time. Remember out unit's motto: TO BE THE BEST THAT WE CAN BE. 

I hope all of us will remember this day and during the next upcoming St. Nicholas Campfire be more spirited and work together as a phantom scout unit to achieve another ENTHU award!! Campfires are part and parcel of scouting where we have a platform to bond with each other and make friends establishing good relationships with other scouts from other schools, so... you SHOULD be PROUD to be a Phantom Scout! Again, good job to everyone and I hope to see more scouts attending, enjoying and putting their best effort in the upcoming campfires!! 加油！！

St. Margaret's Campfire

Attendance is compulsory for ALL SCOUTS whose names are listed below, the following people would be attending the St. Margaret's Campfire on the 13th of April, Saturday. Scouts are expected to gather at Farrer Road MRT Station (CC20) punctually at 6.15p.m.. There should not be anyone late. Scouts who have registered and names are not here or those who are still interested, please inform Darrell Tan. 10th April Wednesday Scout Meeting

1715-1730: Dismissal

Secondary 1s and 2s will be absent due to the NAPFA 2.4km Run Test.
Although many may be absent, this is still a PROPER meeting and you are expected to come in proper attire. This means SCOUT SOCKS AND BLACK SHOES. Please be punctual.

There will be PLCM after tomorrow's meeting. Sec 2s in the PLC are required to come after their NAPFA Test for the PLCM.

1450-1535:  Sec 1 - SS Pioneering: Lashes and Knots 
                  Sec 3 - Clearing of Furniture Store 

1535- 1640: Sec 1 - SS Footdrill 

                  Sec 3 - ASS Footdrill 
1640- 1715: Physical Training

1720- 1735: Closing Ceremony and Dismissal

ALL Sec 3 Scouts are to build the flagpole by Fall In at the Primary School Field (with a rope bin, 2 medium spars and 5 short spars in addition to equipment for flagpole)

For those who still hasn't given the Job Week Cards, tomorrow will be LAST day of submission, please bring it tomorrow.

Lastly, there should not be anyone in improper attire tomorrow. Bring all the necessary components of the Full Scout Uniform (e.g. woggle, scarf, beret, etc.)
